Sandy and I spent our first 4th Of July together this year since moving to Michigan almost 5 years ago. I wanted to photograph some fireworks this year so I brought my camera with me on my trip to Fremont MI. After trying a few times (unsuccessfully)to get a good shot(it's really hard), I decided to take a different approach. My approach was to use a long exposure and move with the fireworks. I was happy with the results. Here's what they looked like.
