BrownPolyester Coleman, Cooler, Garage Sale Thursday, August 12, 2010 at 2:40AM After finding a parking spot and walking 2 miles into town in the blazing sun this past weekend, Sandy and I decided to stop by the carnival part of the Grand Haven, Michigan Coast Guard Festival. There were a ton of people crammed into a tiny stretch of road and a parking lot. There were also a few scary looking rides that were probably from before I was born. Those rides scare the heck out of me. You always hear about someone flying off one of the rides and landing in a parking lot or something. It wasn't all bad though. I watched a guy get knocked into the dunk tank. He totally deserved it! After we checked out a few shops we went and had an amazing lunch at Snug Harbor.
BrownPolyester Random Vacation Carnies, Coast Guard Festival, Grand Haven, Kids, Rides, Scary, michigan Sunday, June 6, 2010 at 2:01AM A really intense storm went over Kalamazoo Michigan last night and dropped like 2 or 3 inches of rain in an hour and did some serious flooding on the main road that goes through town. We spent the hour in the basement because of the tornado warnings so we didn't get to see how bad it was until it was over. After the warning, I took a walk down the street because I saw the flashing lights from a cop car and wanted to see what was going on. When I got down there my jaw dropped. A few hundred yards of the busiest road that runs through our city was flooded up to 4 feet deep. Cars were stuck in the water, a guy almost drown in the Walgreens parking lot, a guy lost his keys in the water, and a basement wall collapsed 1 block over and broke a gas line. It was a fun night. Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 3:48AM We're heading back home to Michigan tonight on the Red Eye. We should hit our beds at about Noon. By the time I fall asleep it will be 24 hours since the last time I slept.
I figured since I got a shot at the Fox News store I should spread the love(sarcastic fox news love)

This was the only good thing to come from our late night flight without sleep. We got to experience sunrise at 33,000 feet. I've never seen anything like it before in my life. It was beautiful.
Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 7:22PM We wanted some real seafood when we went back home to Washington so we decided to go to Ivars on the Mukilteo waterfront. After we ate our food and got ready to head out, we saw this bad boy. The SWAN Hatch from LOST! I opened it hoping to find Desmond but I got this little guy instead. It freaked me out!
BrownPolyester Home Luke Photography Random Sandy Seattle Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 7:06PM After waiting 9 months since my last attempt to take a ferry ride(we missed it by less than a minute), I finally got to do it this trip. It was a short trip from Mukilteo To Whidbey Island.
They used to have Chicken Broth in this machine. You could get Coffee, Hot Chocolate, or Chicken Broth.
